We are currently shipping only PAN India.
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can change your shipping address by editing your order right after you place it. If you are unable to edit the order yourself, you can request for a change by writing to us on info@theusmstore.com
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an automated email with your AWB and updates on the email address provided. You can also enter the AWB on the shipping company’s website and track the status.

Once you place your order, it should be shipped within the next 5 working days. However if it is a pre-order the shipping date will be mentioned on the website. Once your order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking link to track their order.
